Scope and contact
This policy covers the Astral Four iOS and Android game provided by Hwanish Games. For privacy questions or requests, contact myowngroove@gmail.com.
Game data stored on your device
No account is required. Game rules, the computer opponent and bonus races run locally. The app stores completed stages, an unfinished board, race availability and completion, bonus undos and hints, stars, separate tactical-puzzle completion and music/accessibility settings on your device.
Saved boards are not uploaded to a developer-operated game server or supplied as ad-targeting information. Supported iOS versions offer optional nearby VS using Google Nearby Connections over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi LAN to exchange room information, moves and match state directly with the player you connect to. Bluetooth and local-network permission are requested for this mode; solo play does not require them. Both players compare and accept a matching connection code. Nearby room and opponent identifiers are not sent as Firebase analytics events.
Advertising and usage analytics
Astral Four uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform for a banner above the game, optional rewarded ads, interstitial ads between attempts, and privacy choices. iOS versions with Unity Ads mediation may also receive Unity ads through AdMob. Unity may process device and app information, identifiers, IP address and approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. See the Unity Privacy Policy. iOS versions with Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) mediation may also receive Liftoff ads through AdMob. Liftoff may process device and app information, identifiers where available, IP address and approximate location, ad views and interactions, and diagnostics to deliver, measure and protect advertising. See the Liftoff Privacy Policy. Google may process an IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, other product interactions, crash diagnostics and performance data for advertising, measurement and service operation. See Google’s iOS data disclosure, Google’s Android data disclosure, the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s information about partner apps.
The app requests non-personalized ads and enables Google restricted data processing. On iOS, it also disables Google’s publisher first-party ID and publisher privacy personalization setting, and versions with Unity Ads set consent for personalized ads to false, enable user opt-out and request contextual ads. Versions with Liftoff Monetize explicitly opt out of personalized advertising and sale/sharing settings and disable publishing IDFV. The app does not request permission to access IDFA through App Tracking Transparency. On Android, Google’s SDK may collect the Android advertising ID and app set ID; you can reset or delete your advertising ID through Android settings. These choices do not stop all advertising-related processing. The app does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone or health access.
A banner may be displayed above the game. On supported iOS versions, optional rewarded ads can provide an undo or hint; the optional ad after a bonus race grants one additional bonus undo and one bonus hint. Closing an ad without earning its reward grants no ad reward. Interstitial ads may also appear when restarting or retrying after an AI defeat, with a two-minute initial grace period and a minimum three-minute interval after any full-screen ad. Core gameplay remains available offline and when no ad is available. The native ad reward callback is used locally to grant the earned reward; we do not attach a player account identifier to it.
In supported iOS tactical-puzzle modes, Retry is free of interstitial ads, and Undo and Hint cannot be used. Puzzle interstitials are considered only when continuing after every five distinct first clears, with the same launch grace and full-screen cooldown. Failed attempts, retries and repeated clears do not count. The top banner remains in its reserved position during puzzle play. More Games opens optional links to our other games in Apple's App Store; Apple handles activity on those store pages under its own policies.
iOS updates that include Firebase Analytics record app launch and sessions, match and stage activity, tactical-puzzle starts, clears, failures and retries, and ad request, load, failure, impression and reward callbacks. Event parameters are limited to the mode, stage or puzzle number, small gameplay counts and outcomes, ad format and placement, and numerical error codes. Firebase may process an app-instance identifier, device and app information, usage activity and approximate location from the connection. We do not send saved board contents, names, contact details or nearby opponent identifiers as analytics event parameters. The Firebase package does not include IDFA identity support, and analytics advertising storage, ad user data and personalization consent remain disabled.
Usage analytics and crash reporting start disabled and wait for the regional privacy check. They can be enabled when that check reports that consent is not required, or when you explicitly enable Settings → Usage & crash reports. You can turn this setting off to stop collection, reset local analytics data and delete unsent crash reports. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash stack traces, app and operating-system versions, device information and diagnostic errors to help identify failures. Already submitted reports follow the provider's retention and deletion policies. These Firebase changes apply to iOS versions that include the new SDK; this policy does not claim Firebase, Unity or Liftoff integration for the current Android version. See Firebase privacy information for provider processing and retention.
Your advertising choices
Privacy choices may be shown according to your region and Google’s configuration. Open Settings → Ad privacy choices to revisit available options. If Google has no additional options for your region, the app displays an explanation. Contact support to report an inappropriate ad.
Google’s policies describe its data retention and further controls. The app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Retention and deletion
Local progress is kept until app data is deleted. Deleting the app through iOS removes its local app data. Offloading the app may preserve it. Device backup and restore behavior follows your iOS settings. On Android, clearing app storage or uninstalling the app removes local progress, and the app disables Android app-data backup. The app does not provide account-based game synchronization.
If you email myowngroove@gmail.com, we receive your email address and any details you include so we can respond. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, subject to applicable requirements. You may contact us about access, correction or deletion of correspondence. We cannot remotely view, erase or restore a device-local game.
