1. Game data on your device
Words from Earth is a single-player English word puzzle. No account is required. Puzzle progress, best stars, opened chapters, hidden words and audio preferences stay on your device. We do not operate a game server or provide account-based cloud synchronization. Device backups follow your operating-system settings.
2. Advertising and privacy choices
The app uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). It contains a small banner and rewarded ads: chapters 1–2 are open; completing one rewarded ad opens each later pair of chapters on that device. Ads require internet and may be unavailable. Cancelled or failed ads do not open chapters. Opened chapters and bundled story content remain available offline.
Google may process IP addresses (which indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostics to deliver and measure advertising, maintain security and prevent fraud. Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing. The app requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher first-party ID and publisher privacy personalization, and does not request App Tracking Transparency access to IDFA. It does not request precise location permission. Required regional choices are presented through UMP. Where required, Settings → Ad privacy choices lets you revisit those choices. Unity Ads is not included.

3. Optional diagnostics
Game diagnostics are OFF by default. If you enable Settings → Game diagnostics, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may receive limited game and ad events (such as stage, stars, mistakes, hints, screen, chapter and discovered English words), an app-instance identifier, device/app information, approximate location from the connection, crash reports and performance diagnostics. We use them to improve stability and gameplay. Analytics advertising consent remains denied. We do not send your saved game, name, contacts, microphone recordings or precise location as diagnostic events. Turn diagnostics off to stop future optional collection and discard unsent crash reports. This does not automatically remove reports already received by Google.

4. Permissions and content
Alien sounds, chapter music, artwork and chapter films are bundled with the app. The app does not record audio or use your microphone, camera, contacts, health data or speech recognition. The fictional letters are authored story content, not messages exchanged between players. There is no user chat, public user content, purchase or subscription. The app is intended for a general audience, not a children-directed service.
5. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until app data is removed. Deleting the app removes local app data; offloading may preserve it. Hwanish Games cannot remotely recover or erase your local game. Third-party advertising and diagnostic information is held under the providers' retention policies and your regional choices.
If you email support, we receive your email address and information you choose to include. We keep correspondence only as needed to answer and follow up on your request or meet applicable legal requirements. Contact myowngroove@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence or discuss privacy rights. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Changes
